carolineCaroline has over 20 years experience in the catering industry.

A graduate of Westminster College, she has cooked in some of the best international kitchens, including those at the Martinez Hotel in Cannes, the Crillon Hotel in Paris and Le Solaise Hotel in Val d’Isere. She has also worked for a number of leading London catering companies, arranging everything from small, intimate dinner parties to large corporate events and weddings.

Highly organised and creative, Caroline can count the Queen, the Duke of Edinburgh and Prince Charles among her clients.
